Midas Prosecco has a very light colour with shades of straw-yellow and hints of green. A pleasant, delicate aroma with hints of fruity apple, floral wisteria, acacia and notes of crusty bread. A lively, rounded flavour that is well balanced with a fruity and sweet finish - fresh, young and floral.

Its extended fermentation produces high quality characteristics such as finer, livelier bubbles, a well rounded flavour and a crisp, delicate finish.
