What is the Midas Membership?

The Midas Membership is a premium subscription service that delivers bottles of Midas to your doorstep regularly, on a schedule that suits you. As a member, you can also enjoy exclusive offers, benefits and events.

How can I join the Midas Membership?

Simply sign up through our website and start enjoying the benefits right away. Subscribe to your favourite product, choose your frequency and enter your personal details to receive your first showcase box.

Will I always get a 20% discount?

If you were one of the first 50 members to join and have a founders metal card, you will be entitled to a 20% lifetime discount. If you cancel and rejoin, the discount may be less.

Shipping & Delivery

How often will I receive my deliveries?

You can set your preferred delivery frequency when you sign up and adjust it anytime through your account.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders within the UK are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days.

Is delivery free?

Delivery to UK addresses is free of charge with every new subscription or recurring renewal.

Can I skip a delivery?

Absolutely! You have full flexibility to skip a delivery by rescheduling your delivery in your account settings.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its status.

What happens if my order is delayed or lost?

If there’s a delay or an issue with your shipment, please contact our support team at contact@midasprosecco.com, and we’ll assist you right away.

Can I change the products I receive in my subscription?

Yes! You can update your order selection anytime to suit your needs.

How do I reschedule or cancel my subscription?

You can reschedule or cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings—no hassle, no commitments.

If I cancel, can I rejoin later?

Yes! You’re always welcome to rejoin the Midas Membership at any time, but you may lose any early access benefits you accrued when you first joined.

What happens if I forget to reschedule my subscription?

If you forget to reschedule in time, your order will be processed as scheduled. You can update your settings anytime before your next billing date

How close to my renewal date am I able to reschedule my next order?

We recommend making any changes to your next order date at least 1 day in advance. Once your order has been processed, rescheduling will no longer be possible.

Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?

No. The price you see at checkout is the final amount—no hidden costs

When will I be billed for my subscription?

Billing occurs based on your chosen delivery schedule. You’ll be charged before each shipment is processed

Is free delivery available in all locations?

Free delivery applies to all eligible locations. Some remote areas may have additional shipping fees, which will be shown at checkout

How do I get a Founders Card?

The first 50 members to sign up will receive a limited-edition Metal Founders Card, making them part of an exclusive group.

Will there be more Founders Cards available in the future?

At this time, the Founders Card is only available to the first 50 members.

What is the Showcase Box?

The first order you receive as a Midas Member will come in a premium Showcase Box, designed exclusively for you.

How do I get early access to new products and events?

As a Midas Member, you’ll be the first to know about new product launches and receive exclusive invitations to Midas events. Access to both of these will be announced at a later date.

Refunds & Returns

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

What is your Return Policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition. Please review our Return Policy for more information.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including any shipping costs.

What happens if my package is lost?

If your package is lost during shipping, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist in locating the package or issuing a replacement or refund.
