Competition Terms & Conditions

The promoter of this competition is Midas Afi Ltd(“Midas”), in association with THE NICI.

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who dine at THE NICI and purchase either a glass or bottle of Midas Prosecco.
Employees of Midas Afi Ltd, THE NICI, or any associated agencies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
By entering, participants confirm that they are of legal drinking age in the UK.

To enter, participants must scan the QR code found on the Midas Membership competition card, which is either attached around the neck of Midas Prosecco bottles or provided with glasses of Midas Prosecco when served at THE NICI.
The QR code will direct participants to an online Typeform entry form.
Entrants must complete the form with their full name and email address, and consent to their data being stored by Midas and to receiving future marketing communications.
Only one entry per person is permitted.

The prize includes:

A one-night stay at THE NICI Hotel.
- The prize includes a one-night stay for two guests sharing a Cosy Room at The NICI. The stay must be redeemed within three months of the winner being contacted and is subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply, including peak periods, holidays, weekends, and special events.
- The prize is non-transferable, holds no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for any other service or product. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or package.
- Entrants must be 18 years or older and reside in the UK.
A one-year Midas Membership
- Membership includes a Showcase of Prosecco White or Prosecco Rosé delivered to the recipient once every 3 months, equating to 4 deliveries in total, made over a 12 month period.
- The winner will be subscribed to a Midas Membership for free for a 12 month period. After that time, the Membership will become billable at the full RRP if the winner wishes to continue with it.
- Choice of Prosecco is that of the prize winner. Membership deliveries to be delivered to UK addresses only.
- Entrants must be 18 years or older and reside in the UK.
Prize details, dates, and availability are subject to change at the discretion of Midas and THE NICI.

Entry to the giveaway closes on 31st December 2025.
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received.
Midas will contact the winner directly via the email address provided on the entry form.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, Midas reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Midas and/or THE NICI reserve the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the competition, or revoke the prize from any winner if it is deemed necessary due to circumstances outside their control, or if the winner is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Midas and THE NICI reserve the right to refuse entry or disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.

By entering, participants agree that Midas Afi Ltd may collect, store, and use their personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy for the purposes of administering this competition and for marketing purposes.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Midas and THE NICI accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be submitted for any technical or other reason.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midas and THE NICI will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this competition or from acceptance of any prize.

No specific closing date applies unless otherwise stated by Midas or THE NICI. The competition may run until withdrawn.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
