Competition Terms & Conditions

1. 12 Days of Absolutely Wild Giveaways

Midas Afi Ltd(“Midas”) has donated a prize as part of the 12 Days of Absolutely Wild Giveaways by Wild England on Instagram.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of Midas Afi Ltd, or any associated agencies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
  • By entering, participants confirm that they are of legal drinking age in the UK.

3. How to Enter

  • The giveaway post is hosted on Instagram.
  • Each participant must do the following to enter:
  1. Follow @midasprosecco on Instagram. 
  2. Like the post announcing the giveaway on Instagram.
  3. Tag a friend (each tag = one entry)
    1. Optional: Share to stories for an extra entry
    2. Optional: Follow all 12 brands for an extra entr
  4. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Prize

The prize includes:

  • A Midas Showcase of Mixed Prosecco
    • Membership includes a 6 Bottle Showcase of 3x Bottles of Midas Prosecco & 3x Bottles of Midas Prosecco Rosé delivered to the recipient.
    • Entrants must be 18 years or older and reside in the UK.
  • The prize will be shipped to the winner by Midas.
  • Prize details, dates, and availability are subject to change at the discretion of Midas.

    5. Winner Selection

    • Giveaway opens on the 9th December 2025 via Instagram.
    • Entry to the giveaway closes on 16th December 2025.
    • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received.
    • Midas will contact the winner directly via Instagram.
    • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, Midas reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

    6. Right to Withdraw or Amend

    • Midas reserve the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the competition, or revoke the prize from any winner if it is deemed necessary due to circumstances outside their control, or if the winner is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
    • Midas reserve the right to refuse entry or disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.

    7. Data Protection

    • By entering, participants agree that Midas Afi Ltd may collect, store, and use their personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy for the purposes of administering this competition and for marketing purposes.
    • Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

    8. Liability

    • Midas accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be submitted for any technical or other reason.
    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midas will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this competition or from acceptance of any prize.

    9. General

    • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
